You are lied to from the first day you step in Fast UK Parcel depot. You are lied about the hours of work: they say from 5 to 8 hours MAX per day, but you are lucky if you get a 10 HOUR shift! usually the shift is from 11 to 14 hours a day. The Amazon app is extremely badly engineered, makes you go round and round before delivering one package, and the deliveries are not usually in order and good flow. They overcharge you with packages, the van rental is extremely expensive (810 Pounds per month), you barely have time to go to the toilet or to eat, which most days you don't. they promise you a good payment per month (more than 3500 pounds per month) but you will ever see any. When it is time to get your payment they create absurd excuses to take money from your weekly payment, in between faking pictures of rental vans (giving you old pictures of your damaged van, which probably are very old pictures of damaged, but the registration plate is the same), which in total you barely see 2000 pounds a month, after working 13hours shift for 6 days a week. They don't tell you that you need a permit for all zones for the van, you think that the Mail Delivery Driver doesn't need one, as you just need to unload and load, you end up with having to pay a lot of fines and tickets, plus the All Zones Permit which is not payed by the company, and the most expensive one. No wonder why they are always looking for drivers. Don't believe a word they say. You'll end up having worked the whole month 13 hours shift and not receiving a cent (actually maybe also being in debt, with the fake pictures of the damages they provide you)
