Management is demanding at times and very inconsistent. Management is overworked and has a large workload. Branch managers are usually put on salary and are expected to work over 40 hours a week. High turn over because of the crazy demanding days. No room for advancement, but if you work hard you will be promised it will happen some day. Long hours.
