Pros
- The knowledge level of the team is fantastic. - Working at the cutting edge of a technology allows for immeasurable opportunities to learn - Very entrepreneurial - Work trips to great conferences around the world
Cons
- Very small company = lack of processes- can be very hard to organize and synchronize work - No communication between divisions and even between team members, makes completing tasks extremely hard - Under pressure to raise money for the project
