      Fair working hours. Good benefits. Good staff support. Good HR department.

      Cons

      Unapproachable and unfriendly lawyers. Lack of warmth. Lack of concern for your well-being (HR tries its best to revert that). It is all too common to witness some lawyers mistreating staff. It is all about money.
