Unrealistic *uncapped commission structure* - totally Un-achievable maybe come out with 100 quid a month after the area manager and branch manager have skimmed off the top! Crooks! Long hours and expected to work call out nights. Also expected to work late most nights. No consideration for those with kids. Kiss goodbye to trying to take a late lunch to go to your child’s assembly. Not flexible yet expects employees to forget they have a family at home and an actual life outside of the office prison walls! The 5 day / 6 day week mentally exhausts you.
