Lots of hours during there peak season, they pay overtime, you run newer equipment which is nice. Plenty of freedom, in the summer the company has a relaxed schedule which is nice.
Cons
Spreading plowed fields is terrible, company lacks communication. Washing equipment sucks, takes forever, the smell, the quality of manure, wet stuff is a nightmare especially when you bust a shear bolt.
There are lots of pros to working here. New management finally has a good vision for future of company and understands ag marketplace. If you DO YOUR JOB you are rewarded. Underperformers are FINALLY being weeded out👍👍👍👍. I couldn’t ask for a better bunch of guys and gals to work with.

Ag economy is in a downtrend so there’s obviously going to be some rocky times but it will get better.
