They have been self confessed asleep for the last …. Well many years… desperate to claw back with no tools to support their staff.
Old fashioned and chasing their tales round in circles. Not smart working at all.
Advised to work evenings if I have to, advised as long as I know football patter I would be ok, advised that I should share feedback from my personal counselling sessions…. So bizzarre. Just a really old fashioned team who want you working an old fashioned way even though that’s clearly not working. The definition of insanity this place
