great parties, a lot of nice people, good mission

not a lot of career progression in many roles tried to scale too quickly and now it feels like it is backfiring on them, a lot of complaints about wellbeing, with not a lot been done to resolve this quickly or effectively. Lack of direction in many departments, hiring a lot of people from Monzo? not sure if that's just a cool trend or? It is not clear how to get a promotion in many departments, which makes it seem not fair, and in some roles, there is no scope for progression. Employees tend to feel burnt out and undervalued. The operations teams do ALOT for the company and without them, the company would not have a solid foundation, yet they are the most misrepresented, underpaid, and appreciated in the company.
