      it has an ambitious goal when defining new projects. it has over 20 companies in various fields like banking and telecommunication.

      Cons

      the company is being managed in very poor fashion. there is almost no organizational chart at all. besides, experiencing lots of change during your work time make you feel insecure.

      Pros

      As an Robotics Engineer I needed to learn and test new things which expand my knowledge greatly. In addition, working in different areas of AI applications was a valuable experince I gained at FANAP.

      Cons

      Mostly MVPs are being developed at FANAP-Zlab which means the projects have to be done in a shortest time period. Moreiver, as were are always facing challenges, we need to search and discover many things very quickly.
