Pros

Flexible work schedule Ridiculously fun environment Constantly engaged and challenged Never a dull moment Everyone has a say and room for their opinions to be heard

Cons

There's a trade-off when you're part of a startup. So things like a 401k aren't an option (yet), but then again I can crack open a beer at 3pm on Friday and not be judged.

Pros

I have seen continuous improvements during my time here. As a relatively new startup, there are areas where they can continue to get better, but there are strides being made constantly. The work itself is exciting and varied since we're building apps for sports, esports, social organizations, and a host of other companies, so there's never a lull in the type of projects we're tackling. Additionally, the people who work here are extremely bright and are incredibly good at problem-solving while still being a joy to be around. The company culture is extremely relaxed as well, with casual attire and a collaborative work environment. There's a feeling of "enjoy where you work and it will show in your production", which helps when deadlines are tight and stress gets high. There's a ton of freedom in how you get your work done and thinking outside the box is encouraged.

Cons

Processes and structure can continue to improve. Top-down communication is deficient and has significant room for improvement.
