      Pros

      Great people, exciting vision, really strong culture and fantastic product. FanDuel is really transforming the way people watch and consume sports.

      Cons

      External events have really hammered the company. We became headline news story and then multiple AGs claimed we were illegal. However, I feel the company has responded well to those challenges.

      Toxic working environment Poor leadership Disrespectful culture No career progression Heavy Politics There was always an arrogant approach by leadership as if you should kiss their feet for being employed by the almighty Fanduel. Someone should remind them that every dollar they earn is off the backs of suckers with massive gambling addictions.
