Buying leads is not mandatory at FFL. Most agents prefer to purchase leads so that they don't have to prospect for their own clientele. Chargebacks are a part of the insurance industry.

* Training can vary based off the agency you're apart of
* Chargebacks (sucks but it's apart of then job)
* Self Employed so you'll pay for your own Health insurance
* Have to pay for your own leads but that's also way you get paid so much
