Pros

Depending on the team you join, you might learn how to sell at a high level. Just don't choose the wrong team. Compensation is okay, but there is a lot better elsewhere. Some people are friendly, but most aren't.

Cons

They will tell you there are no contracts UNTIL you want to leave. Then, all of a sudden, there's a contract you must sign or they hold your contracts for 6 months, which means that you can't work with the same carriers for 6 months, which means you might be out of work without the ability to pay your bills for 6 months. Hopefully you have plenty of money in the bank. Leads are bad compared to other agencies. They are not exclusive and shared between many agencies.
