Am previously IT / Comms / Sec. Fallons was a great opportunity to learn new products, and installation standards not common at Telstra / NBN / other IT. Scott was amazing to work with. Other staff were well trained with both soft and hard skills.
Cons
Field services App. Still had to juggle paperwork / laptop when a phone App was enough.
