      Pros

      Met some really great people while working there. Loved my actual job, my manager and supv were fabulous.

      Cons

      Upper management appears to not care about the worker bees, as usual. The pay was not up to par with other similar jobs at other healthcare groups. Therefore the expectations and shenanigans from higher ups and ridiculous policy and departmental changes were not worth it all.

      Work-life balance can be tilted, management is often not flexible with communicated needs, "The reward for a job well done is more work."
