Pros
Most of the people who were there when I was there were great, many I still keep in touch with. Company has an excellent mission and the people who work there are passionate about their work. Smaller health plan in the area allows for more innovation and flexibility. Less of a corporate atmosphere.
Cons
The company needed to establish formal policies and procedures. Lack of corporate atmosphere on the one hand is a pro, but is also a con in that there is less structure.
