      Pros

      Very busy, high acuity 911 system. Very good for new EMTs looking to get lots of exposure to a large variety of calls.

      Cons

      Can be trying at times with management and lots of short staffing/mandatory overtime shifts.

      Experience, networking, friendships, schedules, that’s about it

      Cons

      There are a lot of them but it’s what you make of it. Keep your head down and don’t deal with management.
