      Managers care little for the wellbeing of their employees, running them into the ground due to "operational need", not following through on promises, and encouraging cliques

      Experience, networking, friendships, schedules, that’s about it

      Cons

      There are a lot of them but it’s what you make of it. Keep your head down and don’t deal with management.
