      You build seniority really quickly cause everyone realizes how bad it is and leaves

      Cons

      Everything. Pay. Management doesn’t care about you. The direct supervisors are pretty dope, but if you try to speak up, higher up management doesn’t listen. Never enough employees scheduled for the volume of calls.

      Experience, networking, friendships, schedules, that’s about it

      Cons

      There are a lot of them but it’s what you make of it. Keep your head down and don’t deal with management.
