      Field personnel are good and there are a lot of opportunities to teach

      Virtually everything about upper management. They don't care about the crews and constantly write people up.

      Experience, networking, friendships, schedules, that’s about it

      Cons

      There are a lot of them but it’s what you make of it. Keep your head down and don’t deal with management.
