I worked at Fairmarkit for 2 years, and honestly, it was one of the toughest jobs I’ve ever had. The CEO really struggled with basic concepts and seemed unwilling to learn or grow. This created a stifling environment where new ideas were often shut down.
Despite claiming we were a “family,” the reality was far from it. There was a constant fear of being fired, especially if you dared to disagree with him. It felt more like a dictatorship than a supportive workplace.
To make matters worse, customers weren’t buying the product, and the company is trending down due a lack of sales. It was disheartening to see the lack of direction and leadership during such critical times.
On top of that, the compensation was pretty disappointing, which made the toxic atmosphere even harder to bear.
Overall, I can’t recommend Fairmarkit if you’re looking for a healthy work environment. There’s potential here, but it’s buried under poor leadership and a lack of respect for employees.
