Pros
The company tries to treat equally the Swedish and Greek employers as the laws on the two countries are different, but not viable in all situations. The 30 days on yearly holidays is a great bonus. Mood was great for a long time.
Cons
Knowledge was not shared across the team members, only some people was expert in a small business domain and the rest of the employees was trying to help wherever they could. Things like yearly training budget and career plan was discussed in the beginning but never started to happen, it was like a promise that was never completed. Not estimated deadlines and push for finishing as many features as possible, made the day-to-day work stressful. Not all teams was treated the same, in result that employer were doing repetitive tasks and were isolated in small business domain for a long time.
