Pros
The City of Fairfield has a great office culture. Everyone there seems to be genuine and interested in making Fairfield a better place. Management was involved in day to day activities allowing them to better manage resources and manpower.
Cons
Increase in compensation did not occur as often as needed. This is primarilly due to a lack of funding for the work force and a large amount of people that can replace you if you demand a higher salary.
