- poor leadership (lacks empathy) - poor management (everyone is basically new to managing) - no flexibility (work from home is highly discouraged, need to ask about leaving early/coming in early, management makes you feel bad when you request to wfh or change your schedule) - SO MUCH MICROMANAGEMENT (this ties in with poor management) - no career growth (you have to play favorites to grow, some roles are dead end roles with no path upwards) - lack of diversity - workahlolic office vibe with no sense of fun or community
