Pros
Other than a figurative mission that advocates for the rights of workers globally (because in actuality it's not practiced in the organization itself) there is really no benefit.
Cons
Crazy people in leadership roles, including one individual who makes tons of mistakes, is highly reactive, and sets the tone for the rest of the organization (sadly). Another person at the leadership level likely has a personality disorder. This person is in charge of the organization's rebranding (logo, etc.) and new website, but that hasn't happened. Check out their website to see how the organization is still stuck in the middle ages. Highly disorganized place to work at, with whackos in leadership positions. Don't bother raising any concerns, don't work there, and if you do, leave!
