Free healthcare, free daily meal, tons of perks, and great family-feel with the staff. I have been on the team since pre-opening and this team houses the best talent in Miami. Faena throws the BEST parties too! The holiday party last year felt like the Oscars, and they do quarterly recognition parties with food, dancing, prizes and entertainment.
