Pros
Our work aims to build a great community among entrepreneurs. Since it is based in Berlin, this propels the development of the city and Europe as an attractive location for more startups in the future. Our team is very trustful and close and we are very open for new people to arrive.
Cons
Working here brings the usual long startup hours, but also the confusion and insecurity of pivots and structural changes. You have to take ownership of your duties and responsibilities and can't just swim along.
