Pros

Great company to work with specially on early stages of your career, high exposure to multiple challenges in the industry with great benefits and even company ownership through our equity program. We also have an in-house training team that maintains our technical bar really high.

Cons

There are some details on the day2day that might be tied on our different different customers environments. Some people might find that disadvantageous, however I think is a great opportunity to navigate multiple projects and work cultures.

Pros

Factored is a good place to work. The CEO is very transparent and honest, and while salaries are not particularly high, I do think there are good learning opportunities.

Cons

There can be a sense of favoritism among Colombian employees. It may not be very obvious at first, but over time it can feel that way. There are also several family members and even couples working in nearby teams, which may create some concerns around fairness and objectivity.

Pros

You'll work alongside the most intelligent people who genuinely want to see the company succeed. This creates a highly productive and continuous learning environment every single day. Also, the very low attrition rate is proof that people genuinely love working here. The culture is one of authenticity, you can be yourself without worrying about corporate jargon or hypocrisy among team members. The company offers competitive salaries that recognize and reward top talent.

Cons

More than a con, is a current challenge. The company is growing very quickly. For staff/non-engineering roles, the main challenge is the need for rapid adaptation. You must quickly grasp the business needs and operational speed to keep pace. For Engineering roles, this is generally not an issue, as they are provided with exciting projects, supportive leadership, and clear growth paths.
