Company had potential, but poor management - MH WGL Fabri-Kal Employee Review

Very toxic atmosphere. Instead of trying to find solutions to issues, they try to find someone to blame. Management is an exclusive club, if you don't smoke, drink or play games with them you will not get far at all. It's annoying when you are super busy and walk into your managers office just to see everyone looking at jeeps or talking about how to say a word right. There are some great people working there and I hope the best for them. I also hope management can figure out that leading by example is a far better mural booster than watching the cameras hoping to find someone mess up.
