Zero respect for mid and lower level employees. Zero personal / professional life balance / spend the entire day sitting in Daily Review meetings and then get busy updating the status for the same review next morning. No real work done, no knowledge gained. Go for it if you are looking for a deskjob and are happy with spending all you time sitting and feeding data into a computer.
