Pros
Ontime salary and 8 hours shift
Cons
The organization culture felt heavily driven by internal politics, especially at the top management level. In my experience, individuals were not always treated with the respect and value they deserved. There was a strong perception that favoritism and alignment with leadership mattered more than merit. Serious employee concerns did not always appear to be handled with the expected level of accountability or transparency. The workplace did not consistently feel safe or supportive, particularly from a women’s safety perspective. There seemed to be gaps in how sensitive matters were addressed, which impacted overall trust in the system. HR function felt more management-oriented rather than people-centric, with limited support for employee concerns. Overall, the environment lacked openness, fairness, and a truly employee-first approach.
