      Pros

      The people working out in the plants were very friendly and worked very hard, great at their jobs. The plant managers I worked with were great, they knew their product well. Each plant had a local charity.

      Cons

      I was with the company less than a month, still training and they let me go because I was "not a fit" I went through 5 interviews with FXI and to hire me and then tell me a couple of weeks later you are terminating my employment because I wasn't a "fit" is pretty ridiculous.

      Pros

      Watching your bosses talk in the break room for hours then leave early.

      Cons

      .Salary workers do not usually work over 40 hours .Hourly workers are basically forced to be part time. .No raises for the past two years. .fired a bunch of people and made Hourly employees do more work for same pay while salary workers just chill in their office.
