The management style is highly top-down, with strong pressure to meet deadlines often at the expense of technical integrity and quality standards. Employees frequently receive direct instructions that may conflict with ethical or professional judgment. Concerns about employee well-being and work-life balance are largely absent. Unfortunately, upper leadership appears to support and perpetuate this dynamic.
