Working environment, management has no idea about business; . Sadly driving a great company and great people in to the ground. Much stress leave, people leaving with no job to go to as it's that bad, think they can cover up redundancies, shutting down of a department and the staff are too stupid to notice. All the company $ are invested in sales people only and they are leaving in droves, not on systems, IT which are so old they are unworkable most of the time it is hard to deliver anything - "how do we have customers?" is a question often asked.
