Pros
I worked for almost 2 years in the abovenamed company.
Working in FTC allows me to gain exposure to the many aspects of my area of responsibility. The experience gave me an undeniable advantage in my career as i was exposed to far more than a peer with similar work experience. I was able to understand my work, instead of just "copying last year and completing the job"
I was able to learn useful skill sets by working directly with the management, which are by far more important than paper knowledge.
Working hours are fairly good as compared to the industry average, and workload is manageable.
Salary and promotions are fairly good, when compared to other SMEs.
Cons
It is never easy.
Lack of proper system and supervision.
Knowledge exposure is good, but practices are outdated.
Not for a dependent person.
Working for around a year would be good, otherwise working 2 - 3 months would be a complete waste of time. (Up to the individual's ability and opportunity given)
