The CEO has zero understanding of the company. Given to him by family, this company could be good if the CEO would spend more time working on the company and less worried about worthless reports, outside consultants and stop trying to be a podcaster. Unfortunately the CEO has sever ADHD and what's good today isn't good tomorrow. He jumps in on Monday and Friday and criticizes all, even though has zero concept of what goes into the business
