Pros
There are many empty seats, so you get to pick your seat. Still not satisfied with your seat? No worries, you will have new seats to choose from every now and then when people head for the exit.
Cons
I could write an encyclopedia on this. But to keep things simple: Very poo management - Company headed by a "management" team with no recruitment background whatsoever, and behaves as if they know the industry inside out. Their 19th century style of "management" is outdated, laughable and it is simply embarrassing to be even associated with such a company. Suffocating work culture - The "management" runs the company like a military camp, coming up with all kinds of rules and processes as and when they like, with absolutely no need to justify their actions. But then again, even a military camp has certain standards with their standards, all this company has are double and triple standards. Lack of resources - It's amazing how the "management" can have the audacity to expect sky high returns with next to zero support for consultants. The company wants to expand, but is not willing to invest. The company wants to profit, but all that the "management" knows is to cut costs.
