Fellow immediate coworkers, team leads, are extremely supportive and helpful. Best team I’ve ever worked with.
Cons
Poor management with no end in sight. No good news for over a year now, incentive program is a joke, and we are never recognized for our hard efforts. The schedule and occurrence system is getting stricter and stricter as the months pass by. This place is beginning to feel like a prison.
