Pros
- Flexible work schedule and arrangements - Great people - Leadership actually cares about their people - The company actually believes their mission statement - No micromanagement - Decent benefits - Paid trips to Defcon every year! - I get to wake up, hack things, and get paid for it... what's not to love!
Cons
- Pay for Pentesters is on the lower end of average - Pentesters only have two tiers of advancement and pay, associate pentester and regular pentester. Their is a third tier for team lead, but that comes with management style responsibilities and there's a limited number of opportunities for that.
