Pros
They offer unlimited PTO, but that's about it.
Cons
Where to begin… - Leadership had insane turnover while I was there. Got rid of multiple leaders of departments and did not replace them in a timely manner. Put the work onto the employees and did not reward them for stepping up and taking on more responsibilities. - It feels like there was conflicting messaging from the top. One day the initiative was to do X, the next week it was to do Y. That’s what happens when you have people filling in for department heads and running multiple departments that they are not equipped to manage. - Terrible benefits. 2% match on 401K. Hired as fully remote, asked to come into the office on the first day after signing the agreement, despite that the rest of my team was not in the office. - Watched multiple people get hired and fired within a year because of poor organizational planning. It’s unfair to do that to people when they invest time and effort into their jobs and turn down other opportunities for this one. - Poor technology and customer service. It’s a platform behind competitors. Often took multiple tries from customers to get help. If they got it at all. - CEO is disingenuous. He would answer anonymous questions with little to no tact, compassion or awareness. His answers were dismissive, belittling to employee intelligence, and did not take their concerns seriously. - Understaffed for the jobs that they were asking us to do. As stated before, tons of turnover. Employees asked to bear the brunt of it with no additional compensation. - Only stated culture is “to win.” Does not stand for anything beyond that. It comes at an all costs mentality that is to the detriment of its employees. wastes tons of money on vanity projects (events to make us seem legit), other CEO driven initiatives while ignoring employee culture, compensation and benefits. - Overall a mess of an organization, if you’re considering working here, don’t.
