Revolving door - I’ve seen management fire so many people.
Bad Reputation - most of our customers are unhappy & leaving for competitors.
Bad deals - most new clients cancel without making it through implementation.
Outdated product - software I looks like it’s from 2004. (It is)
Broken Operations - the company is a combination of 4 previous companies, and it feels like it. The tech stacks are broken, and no one truly owns it. Ask the same question to 5 different people, and you’ll get 5 very different answers. There are so many problems, but a very real one is overcharging & billing customers wrong amounts.
Toxic Positivity - talk to any of the executives and they tell you “we’re #1 in the industry, we are the best, customers love us!” Have they not talked to anyone other than their favorites? So out of touch.
