The perks will never make up for the complete lack of accountability of most people working there, specially in higher management positions. Titles don’t mean a thing. There’s a big disconnect between what they say they want to achieve and the actual understanding of what is needed to get there in terms of professional expertise. A few people are paid a lot for a pretty mediocre performance and bare no responsibility for the poor decision making.
