Pros
Great culture of working together and making innovative and impactful investments in some of the least developed countries of the world. Even though this is a Dutch company the working language (and social language largely) is English, making it a good place for foreigners/expats to work.
Cons
Recently has become somewhat more Dutch-centric, leading to uncertainty as to whether the role of employees will be limited to assisting Dutch business interests.
