No Advancement, lack of pay raises - Supervisor FMC Employee Review

pay raises capped at no more than 1 or 2 percent. Experienced employees are taken for granted and have no chance for advancement. Instead the "youngies" get all the advancement since they are cheaper. Benefits are horrible.
