They will teach you the basics of a tax return, exposure to different types of returns.
Cons
The hours are horrible, some managers are condescending, changes are implemented but don't properly train staff, God forbid you speak up for yourself, if you're not a staff favorite they will treat you like the bottom of the barrel, the 401K match is below industry average.
