Pros
The company offers 1 day of working from home, which provides a bit of flexibility during the week. I also had the chance to work with a handful of very dedicated and supportive colleagues, and their teamwork made challenging days more manageable.
Cons
- Processes are either nonexistent, not followed or complicated. - Frequent leadership changes create instability, and many of the appointed leaders appear ill-equipped or overwhelmed by the role. - Office environment feels a bit outdated and not very inspiring. - Team spirit is quite low, there seems to be missing a sense of shared purpose across the department. It's everyone for themselves. - Witnessed several occassions where middle and upper management displayed disrespectful or condescending behavior. - Communication is inconsistent and often lacks transparency, leaving people confused.
