Pros

You must be kidding the worst place in the whole universe i can say there is nothing a word like Pros* when you hear the name of FLexasoft

Cons

I would like to take initiative on the whole recruitment team to write this brief and the worst history of my employment working with Flexasoft. I want to disclose a person abilities which i saw during my tenure of my employment who happens to be the brother of the CEO who is ironically admin, HR, Chair Repairer, Plumber and Watchman of the Flexasoft. This guy doesn`t delay in giving the bio-metrics for the new joinee yet he will not provide Offer letter and ID Cards. He is most pathetic creature on the earth who hides AC Remote from the employees to save electricity, Who doesn`t pay for water cans and more over doesn`t pay off who pays for it. Let me start from the month October 2018 although the company has started the recruitment process in June 2018 *October: Firstly he has cut down the quality of food which was provided to the Employers saying that we are not here to serve marriage reception just to save 10-15 rs per plate. *November: He Has removed the night dinner because one or two employees have complained about the quality and the management has officially given 2 holidays for thanks giving but eventually during the salary we will come to know it was only a day break and we have lost the dayoff. *December: I did not see any company who doesn`t even give holidays on 31st December Night but eventually every one was given holiday but not for those who have given the leave application in the email. *January : January has come up with surprises, They have introduced PF which was not implemented before yet the deuctions are meant to be done from the take home salary. *February: Knowing that most of the employees have taken much leaves due to some of their personal problems, The management has initiated payroll according to the working days which was according number of days in a month hence every one has lose their money in high digits. The company also come up with clause where if are late to office for a min for third time your one day salary is been deducted. *April: This month has lot of termination with out any reason or intimation because they have tortured to extreme extents but the employers are not in a mood to make a move, Hence 15 days notice period was given by the management. *May: After serving the notice period we came to know that there is again deduction of 5k on every employee salary and God knows what it was for.

Pros

Great pay Approachable Very communicative Hands off most of the time

Cons

Formulaic, another layer of bureaucracy as they contract you out to another contracting agency, you have to submit three time cards: one to them, one to the other agency and one to the client.

Pros

Truly no pros to speak of. Really, there are no pros, see cons below. You can probably find better employment elsewhere.

Cons

-Wages not competitive with the industry norms. -Broke labor law and tax law frequently. -Aggressive recruiting practices. -Unresponsive to queries when proof of employment was required. -Support staff were frequently inexperienced for the position they held; payroll and hr for example. -Management was generally unprofessional and occasionally hostile. -Misrepresents the number and skills of their contractors to inflate their numbers and get contracts that are inappropriate for their business. -Pay checks were frequently incorrect.
