Pros

If you're lucky, you'll go to one Yankees game every summer.

Cons

Run by a pair of narcissists, this glorified frat house is good for one thing - learning what to avoid when searching for your next job. The CEO and President preach nonsense about Flex being a “family” but will jump at the first opportunity to screw you over if it helps them line their pockets. They will gladly steal your commission and ignore your attempts to get in touch while they run away to their matching Hamptons houses for the summer. Hypocrisy is their favorite pastime, second only to micromanaging every detail while simultaneously taking credit for work they didn’t do. C-suite cares more about preserving their fragile egos than fostering any real growth or development. The only thing you’ll gain here is stress and a deep sense of regret for wasting any time with this company. Consider this your warning: Flex is a sinking ship captained by people who couldn’t care less about their crew. Unless you want a crash course on terrible business ethics and morals, I would avoid Flex at all costs.

Pros

Gained valuable experience managing large affiliate and advertiser accounts. Opportunity to work with well-known offers and high-revenue campaigns. Learned to operate in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. Some team members were collaborative and supportive.

Cons

High turnover and instability made it difficult to feel secure in the role. Communication from leadership was inconsistent, which sometimes created confusion around priorities. Limited long-term growth opportunities and unclear career path. Workload could be intense with limited resources.
