Lack of documentation, incorrect documentation, unsupportive team and poor company culture.
FIS Response

We appreciate you reviewing and sharing that you appreciate FIS’ time off policy. Since you have identified yourself as a current colleague, we encourage you to report any of your stated concerns through the internal channels available to all colleagues.
Most colleagues are well intentioned, but stretched beyond the max.
Cons
After filing for FMLA, my “leader” encouraged me not to involve HR in the future. The whole point of FMLA is job protection. Him making this suggestion, at best, seems highly unethical and potentially illegal.
Some leaders are good with people. Others are more techno sound. The ones that can effectively do both are let go. It makes no sense and the company offers little transparency.
