Pros

as of now it seem like very bad culture as I am not able to join the company,.

Cons

I am writing this review to share my disappointing experience with FIS Global's hiring process for their Vodafone UK project. I interviewed for a position on April 14th and was offered a job with a joining date of May 4th. Despite this assurance, it is now May 23rd, and I have yet to receive any clear information or update about my onboarding. The process has been incredibly frustrating, with joining dates repeatedly postponed without any proper communication or explanation. Most concerning was my recent interaction with HR representative Varun Bhalla who conducted my interview and assured me of the May 4th start date. When I finally managed to get his contact number from my mails and called him for an update, his response was shockingly unprofessional. He curtly stated, "I believe you know more than me" and then disconnected the call. I have been patient and understanding, given that the Vodafone process is reportedly transitioning from Teleperformance, but this lack of transparency and courtesy is unacceptable. As a candidate who has been offered a position, I expected a certain level of respect and clarity, especially when it comes to my employment status. Waiting for over a month with bills to pay and no concrete information is both stressful and unfair.

Pros

Most colleagues are well intentioned, but stretched beyond the max.

Cons

After filing for FMLA, my “leader” encouraged me not to involve HR in the future. The whole point of FMLA is job protection. Him making this suggestion, at best, seems highly unethical and potentially illegal. Some leaders are good with people. Others are more techno sound. The ones that can effectively do both are let go. It makes no sense and the company offers little transparency.
